We collect two main types of information: information you submit to us, and information generated when you use Cavalo Care, including browsing, checkout, dashboard, and assistance requests.

When you register, buy a membership, add a vehicle, raise assistance, or use Cavalo Care, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, vehicle registration number, vehicle category (SCV, LCV, HCV, or Multi-Axle), plan and payment references, incident details, and other information needed to deliver roadside assistance.

We use this information to verify membership, dispatch verified partners, coordinate support, process eligible refunds, and improve service quality. We do not sell your personal contact details to third parties.

When you visit or use Cavalo Care, we may collect technical details such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed. This helps us keep the platform secure, understand how membership and assistance flows are used, and improve performance.

If you share your location while raising assistance or using emergency support features, we may use it to find the nearest verified partner and provide roadside support for SCV, LCV, HCV, and Multi-Axle routes. We may also use aggregated, non-identifying location insights, such as city or corridor trends. Location data is not sold to third parties.

We use your information to provide membership and 24x7 roadside assistance coordination, communicate service updates, process requests and payments, prevent misuse, and improve Cavalo Care. We may use aggregated non-personal data for network planning. Aggregate data is not linked to your identity.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in where applicable, remember preferences such as language, and improve site experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features, including login and language, may not work fully if cookies are disabled.

We may send service, membership, or product updates related to Cavalo Care. If optional promotional messages are offered, you can opt out where a preference or unsubscribe option is provided. We do not sell your Cavalo Care account details to advertisers.
