We use this information to verify membership, dispatch verified partners, coordinate support, and improve service quality. We do not sell your personal contact details to third parties. We may share limited information with verified service partners only when required to fulfill a service you requested.

When you visit or use Cavalo Care, we may collect technical details such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed. This helps us keep the platform secure, understand how the site is used, and improve performance.

If you share your location during an emergency request or while using our services, we may use it to find the nearest verified partner and provide relevant roadside support.
